Seguimos pensando, sintiendo, viviendo en y con el "Grupo de reflexión"

Abstract

From the theoretical and methodological reference of the Reflection Group, and the rules that organize it, build a space where it has been configured (and continues) an experience we call “Reflection Group for Education Counselors UAM-Xochimilco”. In its development there have been signifiers as the institutional recognition, authority, evaluation and differences in the group; and around these significances appeared as part of the imaginary process some organizers to which Anzieu (1986) has identified as individual phantasy, imago and primal phantasies. Testimonies of the members referred the feel, and think through the experience, the experiences and the knowledge obtained through reflection work, among which stands out as part of their identity process, recognition of themselves and their work, improving interpersonal relationships, manage their own resources, etc. In this ongoing experience reinforce the benefits of working obstacles, fears, phantasy, etc., within the group.
