Abstract

The article outlines the experience of the Youth Integration Centers during the second half of the 70s. Refers to another article that develops more descriptively these events. In this, it is intended to raise some analytical elements that can give light to an elucidation of the process. The idea of biopolitics exerted by the state-Unconscious-PRI Mexico, where the visibility of youth as in need of healing hid his instituting political and subversive traits is stated in the article, as one of the elements that mark the development both in Mexico psi front, as state policies against youth.
