Abstract

This paper takes the current crisis of community mental health care, threatened by a clinical of drug-biological dominance and a politics of privatization and dismantling of public services from financial groups and institutions that control the world economy. Going against the neoliberal moment, in this paper, the need for a new clinic is posed, based in a plural psychopathology with a subjective, social and political axis, where the citizen and the user no longer are simple witnesses and could be involved in the planning, management and the therapeutic process. Community support that exceeds the inadequacies and face new challenges to community care: a collective mental health.
