Abstract

This text is only a revision about the dominant speech in the gender construction in the popular legends in Mexico. In particular questions as the fear, the symbolic violence and the social control. The hypothesis general is about the relations amongst feeling of the fear –in diverse forms–, the symbolic violence and the social control how a triad in some occasions, and we will apply this conception to some of the traditional and popular narratives, especially in the speeches around the construction of the gender relationships. The text objective’s the revision of certain speech in the traditional and popular legends, in particular somo refers to be and has be the feminine population.
