Administrar la corrupción y la violación de los derechos humanos

Abstract

The aim in this paper is to introduce and to compare two invented realities about the current political and social situation in Mexican nation: one of them is Fox's invented reality submited by him in his 5th Presidential Report to the Federal Congress. Another was the emphasis placed on the corruption, dishonesty, impunity and transgresion of humans rights. Both realities concern human rights, principples about the political orgnization of the Mexican State and the satisfction of the human fundamental needs, and how they are incompatibles among themselves, for this reason I regard important to decide which of the two explanations is the best.
