Abstract

The relation between the person, the law and the moral instance that live in us, is a complex relation full of ambiguities and difficulties. Nietzsche have wrote about the criminals that commit bad actions because of a necessity of being sanctioned, actions that Freud also analyze and approach from Oedipus complex and the super-ego concepts. One of the reasons of criminal actions can be present as a result of an exigency from the super-ego that urge the person to break the law as an strategy for finding a possible limit for a ungoverned and fatal enjoyment. From wish, enjoyment, Law, super-ego and other concepts, it is possible finding an answer to the paradox where the person take the route of transgression looking for the Law restoration.
