Abstract

In the following article we reflect on the ties among three fields, which limits, at moments, may appear to be vague: the field of research, the field of intervention, and the field of implication. We ask ourselves about the fusing and separation areas among these fields. We also reflect on the place of the researcher, in his work of producing knowledge and on the ethic dimension implied in this work. The research project in which this reflection takes place, focus on the educational processes; this processes, as we suggest, can not be either thought without the concepts of intervention and implication. Our arguments are based on the contributions of the institutionalism French school, as well as on the experience of the field work of the research project mentioned above
