Apuntes para una apología de la esperanza en tiempos de oscuridad

Abstract

This text explores the current conditions of a millenary dilemma about the opposition between evil and good. The existence of political and social conditions that characterize several predominant actors in our time makes us think of a return to totalitarian political systems that do not respect human rights and at the same time the presence of entire populations demanding better economic, political and social conditions to exercise these rights. Hope remains a trait that characterizes a humanism that also looks out for the collective welfare. Perhaps making an apology for hope may sound very naive in the face of the debacle of a civilizational crisis, but we believe that we have no alternative but to propose solutions to our labyrinths of misfortunes.
