Abstract

As Foucault mentions: power generates some kind of resistance. Human rights are a source of resistance to the abuses of power, in addition to the protection of people’s life, integrity and dignity. However, in several media they are disdained by ideological motivations and under positions philosophically contrary to them. Such opposition usually obeys opinions derived from antihumanist ways that survive in certain circles. They go back to some marxisms in the past and today in postures on post-truth. In this text, its sources and consequences are analyzed.
